you got any pictures or are you the one that wrote me that he had one that frustrated him getting it up to temp. he sold it then I told him just light the chimney, then when its lit, stick it in the main chamber about 10 minutes, then open the chute, dump and drop in the rest of your fuel. Superfast. I think even better than the torch
