Oklahoma Joe Highland grill/smoker

I just got an Oklahoma Joe Highland a few weeks ago and used it for the first time last night and have a few questions.


My previous grill came with a tool to move the cooking grates around when they are hot but this grill didn't come with anything. Is there a tool good for grabbing and move hot cooking grates around?


Also, this is my first grill with ceramic coated grates. I don't want to use a steel brush like I did on my previous grill that had cast iron cooking grates. What is a good brush to use to clean it?
