Hey folks! So I whipped up something a little different tonight.. Compared to my regular meals as of late.. Chicken & Shrimp Fajita's in the 12" cast iron.. It was tasty... No plated pics.. But I made stuffed mushrooms on the side.. Mushrooms was stuffed with cream cheese/triple cheddar shredded.
Marinaded the Chicken in Shrimp in anything I could find.. Olive Oil base, and different seasonings such as smoked peprika, cumin, salt & pepper, garlic.. and a few other random stuff..
And Now a sneak peak of my next project coming in the next week or two! Probably next time you will see me
I'll give ya one clue.. Upgraded to stainless steel of these!
