Hello to the Brethren. My name is Corky. I am a retired locomotive mechanic, golfer, and somewhat of a novice to the fine art of smoking. I grew up helping my grandfather with his grilling on holidays but when you are a kid you don't always pay strict attention to what is going on. So now I am having to basically start from scratch. I currently have a Kamado Classic Joe I, a Char-Griller Competition Pro offset smoker and just last week purchased a Z Grill 10002B pellet smoker. I have a really close friend that I annoy occasionally that is a member of the Brethren (Happy Hapgood). He has been recommending that i join for awhile, so I finally took the plunge. Looking forward to stepping up my game and learning from the Masters. Thanks for having me.
