Made my first flank steak today. These things are great. I made fajitas. Could have just ate it like a steak. The beef was really tender, nothing worse than taking a bite and all the meat following. Tomorrow for dinner I'll use the leftovers. ....... does anyone know how to do the Cheesesteak Shuffle.

Btw I really like this weber cart.

Now if I can only find those pics.......
 
Seasoned with Tony Cs creole, and a little bit of cumin. Just being lazy. Next time it's a tequila lime marinade. It was very tender without any marinade. Clean bite with every fajitas. Chewy fajitas are as awful as wet socks.
 
Flank has become one of my favorite cuts!! Once you cook it yourself and have it turn out right you're hooked!

That being said, well done!
