NEW Trade Round 55 is in the planning stages. Tentatively planned as follows....

For those who wish to participate, you now know the theme, and you can start to purchase some of your items in advance. Trade Round #51 had the box contents to be set at $15.00, so I assume this will be the same. Also respect your trading partners maximum tolerable heat levels.

Trade Round 55 will begin March 24th with a Cinco de mayo theme, trading anything that is considered south of the border.
Some suggestions, but not limited to just these; Salsa, Hot Sauce, Mole Sauce, Margarita Mix, Snacks, Fruit spice, Central American based meat rubs/seasonings, the list goes on and on with just too many suggestions to list here.

Sign-up starts March 24th (3 weeks sign-up)
Sign-up ends April 14th (2 weeks to ship)
All packages shipped by April 28st
All packages must received by May 4th so items can be used for Cinco de Mayo.

Feel free to visit the trading post for more information.

I look forward to doing another trade. Sounds like a fun one.

As most know we usually Trade Regional Rubs and Sauces with others for other areas. This gives all of the participants to try something new from another area of the country. I've had some great items on my table as a result of these trade.

This is our Cinco de Mayo Trade where anything Tex-Mex / Mexican / South American is traded. Last year I had the best salsa ever, some packaged hand pressed tortillas from a local restaurant in Texas, and many other items. Made a great taco night for the entire family.
