New Toy - with pics

As the weather is turning colder here in England, I thought I'd have a bash at cold smoking some pork belly as I like my bacon smoked.

After some searching I found a great gadget that I can use in my offset from proq.

its 6" square and as you see from the picture its a maze, its started off using a nightlight candle (so no heat which is good) and then smoulders. The wood is a dust not quite as fine as sand.

It burns for 10 hours if fully loaded. Can't wait to try it!
