Congrats that came out awesome. I love the vineyard in the backround, sure would make it a nice place to cook and hang out with family and freinds. Do you grow different varieties or strictly the Pinot Noir fruit?
 
Snow is very rare, Pinot grapes only. There are lots of fruit orchards up here too. I am aggressively collecting and experimenting with the pruned wood. My wife, is getting tired of smoked meats at every meal. Not me, i can't get enough.
