Hi everyone, just joined a few weeks ago and I really enjoy reading the posts. Came across the site as I was researching a pit to replace my old Brinkman. Finally joined the waiting list for a Shirley. In the meanwhile spent a lot of time on Youtube before attempting to cook a Brisket for the first time.
Rub was Kosmo Q Cow Cover and Texas Beef. Smoked with Oak until probe tender at around 205F.
