Came across your forum while I was deciding what type of smoker to get next. Born and raised in Cleveland Oh (Go Browns!), I also lived in Texas for 7 years and learned to BBQ there - but now I live in Tallahassee and its a whole different ballgame here (where pig is king!). Eustis is SE of Ocala on the other side of the Ocala National Forest, I'm NNW about 1/2 way to Gainesville. Welcome again.
