Broke it in today! Ribs and pork tenderloin with homemade rub, fatty with spicy apple, wings with habanero death dust and stockyards apple, thighs with penzy's bbq 3000 (got it for free and never have tried it), and beans.
Fatty on first, wings for lunch today, thighs for lunch this week, ribs, tenderloin and beans for dinner. Wife made grilled strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Held 250 like a champ. Added a small apple wood split every 45 minutes or so. Still getting the feel for it, but so great to be back burning stick!

The only thing nicer than that smoker is the food you pulled off of it! Man, you must have paid your dues for something in the past and this is your reward. Congrats on the new cooker and on the future meals you will enjoy from it.
