Ok, I had him make the red wider and also a darker red.

I think the darker red keeps more with the rustic feel.

I'm still partial to the red and tellow together though.

I will post up my review of this sauce later today (it is absolutely awesome!).

One suggestion on the logo and this is just my opinion... I wouldn't put "Est 2009" on it, you don't really want to be advertising that you are new to the sauce making game. Whilst people might buy it if it had a huge "NEW!" sign on it, I would think most people would rather buy something they think is well established and has lasted for some years (and if you don't have a date of conception on there, they won't know how short/long you have been operating for).
