Most of us use 6' tables at Comps, and now you can buy a pack of 3 boards connected together to cover your prep area. They are still perforated, so if you just want to try them out, this is a cheaper option. 1 Board for Chicken, 1 Board, for Beef, and 1 Board for Pork!
