Wish I could but I am busy this weekend. Any other weekend rest of the year I am free but not this one. Saturday is the Whitings cook off and Friday I have work and we have been getting slammed with OT. Just not a good weekend for me. I have to plan things like this in advance to get time off work on a Friday.
Good luck finding someone Tim. I am sure somebody will jump at the great opportunity to learn a few things and help you out. I just already have prior commitments.

Looking for some muscle...everything is loaded into my pickup truck. Unload smokers ez ups etc, set up. And then reverse after contest ...load everything back into pickup
I am with another team Smoke'n Dudes Maybe we will run into each other
