Great deal for sure. If the surface rust is light warm water CLR and a green scotch brite will work wonders on light surface rust with very little effort.

It's a belson. I believe it was made in Illinois. Sold by belson outdoors.

Finally got the rust off and repainted with rust oleum high heat. Did a reseasoning burn and coated the while rig with crisco and Pam. Good and heavy coat of crisco. Looks 100 times better than when I bought it. Gonna cook on it this weekend. I just need to put on the new thermo.
