I ain't ever been to Lousville Kentucky but they are famous as I understand for Baseball Bats and this here sandwich.. Originally concieved for the Bacon and cheese TD, but I don't know I documented the cook for y'all anyways.
MOST but not all the ingredients
The Turkey is s a breast, straightforward, Montreal Chicken and slather with Dukes.... Into the fridge.
Onto the cool side of the kettle.
And we pull it and foil it after oh I think an hour
I decided it's the Bacon and Cheese TD so I decided to be a big man and direct Grill Bacon.
Made some Toast...
Now we make Bechemel and Finally Mornay First the Roux
Then the Milk and the whisking....
A couple spices... Pumpkin Pie Spice I didn't have Nutmeg and about a Tsp of prepared Mustard....
This is after the Bechemel has cooled time for the Cheese..... Third and last handful.
let's build a sammy
I love y'all but not enough to put a plate in the pit so Toaster oven on Broil....
And let's eat....
Umm if I got a little out of order sorry I know everybody knows how to make a Roux... I went to about Peanut...
