One of my closest friends is getting married tonight and she asked me to cook some pulled pork for the reception tonight. I've been cooking BBQ for about two years now but only just for the family and friends, never for any kind of event. I'm kinda excited and nervous at the same time.
It's only a small wedding so last night I put 6, 8lb butts onto my 2 UDS. They hit the smokers at 12:03am and I didn't hardly get any sleep all night (I usually try to sleep in 2 hour increments when I do overnight cooks). This morning they are still smoking away and are stalled out at ~145* I foiled them up this morning at about 7:30 to try to get them going again. We'll see how it goes.
