Feeling like an idiot because everyone always post pics of their smoked goodness and i have yet too. I finally decided to try and post some of my cooks. So far i have only done 2 pork butts and a 20lb turkey but both were out of this world.

Awesome! That turkey looks sweet. I just did my first smoke on my WSM and loved it. Can't wait to try something else. You may have helped me choose my next victim :).
 
I used Apple on the Pork butts and Cherry on the Turkey.

I rubbed the pork butts with my own Memphis style Dry Rub and the Turkey is heavily coated inside and out with Simply Marvelous Season All Dry Rub.

Pork Butts were cooked with Kingsford and the Turkey was a 50/50 of Kingsford and Royal Oak Lump.
