Chicken almost done. At least thats what my Cheater says. Set to rotation, no heat while the meatloaf reaches target temp.

My first thought was I wouldn't eat anything coming out of that sh*thole machine, but then I remembered what the inside of a well used smoker looks like...nevermind.

You mean the showtime? Ive had that little machine for 10 or 15 years and it still works like a champ. I can not describe how good whole chickens turn out in that thing, especially after smoking it for 45 minutes or so first. So tender and juicy, and the skin just melts when you bite into a piece.


Yes it could use a thorough cleaning.
