Very cool! Where did you find those metal handles? Do they get hot when cooking?

After a little malfunction with my electric smoker, I've decided that a UDS is the way to go, and this build looks like the perfect one to follow. Now I just need to hunt down the barrel to start with.

Did the Kmart kettle grill have 2 grates? One for the charcoal and one for grilling? I like your idea to use this kettle grill for the dome lid, I'm just curious about how many grates are included.
