My son is a picky eater so when he asked me to make ribs this weekend, it sounded like a good idea. My wife likes ribs so I figured this was going to be a win-win situation.

Long story short, my son wouldn't eat any dinner (typical), my wife liked the ribs and my daughter even ate her first bbq rib! :-D I couldn't be happier. The ribs turned out pretty good and I was pleased. Definately better than the last set I cooked. Anyway, here's a couple pics.

Another family tradition success story in the making:-D THis is how it starts and then it just becomes easier and easier!

Son missed out on some fine looking food! Great job. Don't know how old your son is but if you can involve him in making the food bet he will eat it just for the fact he made it.
