I decided to make my own sauce, didn't look up any recipe just gonna wing it.

I started with this

needed some bacon and sausage for toppings it was a bueatiful day and I didn't want to fark up the kitchen too bad so I broke out the sportsman hibachi grill

I added some garlic and green onion to the grease

then my tomato concocation and some fresh herbs and let it simmer a bit

added the sausage to the tomato sauce:shocked:

simmer some more until thickened to my desire

build station, i went with jack, motz, white and yellow cheddar and topped with pepperoni and bacon

base layer

all put together

cruising rite along

done

if I have not lost you yet i tried deep dish too, pretty much the same process but I broke out the cast iron

pretty farkin good

thanks for looking

That close up on the thin crust is sexy, and the thick crust looks amazing. I used to only make New York or Neapolitan pizzas, but have been on a pan or Detroit style kick lately.
