Got to tell you that this is a True Honor for LuzziAnn and I. The Throwdowns have taught us so much about BBQ in general and I would encourage anyone who wants to get some new ideas about BBQ to check out all the threads here. When I joined 2 years ago I had tunnel vision about how BBQ should be. After seeing all the fine entries here it was like my eyes were opened to what fun and how good BBQ could really be and can't wait to learn more. :hail:
