I gotta admit, I am not crazy about premade meatballs, but I gave them a shot. Not bad, not bad at all! They didn't last long that's for sure!! So while I was at it, I took some pron.
I started with the required ingredients, Premade meatballs, wrapped them in hickory smoked bacon held together by toothpics and shook some BBQ rub on them.
Then I smoked them on my Bradley for 2 hours and then I glazed half of them with my own BBQ sauce.
I added a little hot sauce to mine for a little more heat the kids won't eat hot stuff! I will definately do these again!
