Mixed grill lunch action on the Mak...Naturiffic, Oakridge BBQ, oh my

Another Saturday busy around the house and letting the Mak 2* do its thing at 245*.

I stuffed some bratwurst yesterday using ground pork out of pork butt and deboned spare rib tips, AC Legg seasoning. Naturiffic Harvest Brine on a 4# bone-in turkey breast. Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon on a nice section of money muscle I scavenged from a Boston butt I was turning into sausage fodder. B&B Competition Blend pellets.

Everything turned out really good...money muscle probably could've used a dunking in sauce, seemed to lack a little in the flavor department compared to the turkey and the bratwurst. Harvest Brine really does a number on turkey, look how flaky, juicy, and tender the slices are. I used the last of it today, time to resupply :thumb:
