A day off today and I went simple:
A beef round roast slathered with Worcestershire sauce and rubbed with lots of powdered garlic and SuckleBuster's Campfire rub.
Smoked at 250 to an IT of 130 with a load of mesquite chunks in the Assassin:
Chilled for about an hour in the fridge and sliced thin for sammiches:
Life is good! :-D
