Awesome, and I enjoyed the pics! My experience is that most BBQ folks are very nice, even the introverted folks... Just dont start asking questions when they're trying to fill that turn-in box. :)

Believe me I have been given plenty of advice and pointers to wait until after the final turn in to ask questions :thumb:
 
The world of BBQ is a better place because of people like Tuffy and don't forget his dad along with his brother-in-law. This is how bbq should be.
 
The best part of Tuffy is that he is genuine....seeing him interact with a newbie team, showing them how to do boxes...encouraging them.....taking the time out to wish everyone luck (even if it is to keep his hands out of the pit for a little bit of time).....but, ask him why he does it and he will tell you that if we as BBQ teams do not take the time out for the newbies, they will not come back, and BBQ comps will die down.......glad that you and your family had a great experience.....
