..., yellow tag. May not know how to cook non yellow tag meat. Not a dated piece of meat to be found. A local processor has an in town storefront. They had a Memorial Day Sale. Everything I've ever had from there is fantastic. The four ribeye are USDA Prime. The tri tip look awesome. This is a lot of great meals for $143.
