Dang Phu! If it's "super secret" and you won't tell us the recipe, why do you torture us like this? Looks phantastic! Thanks for sharing pics at least......I think.

I dont know Spiffs, but would you be so kind as to ask him to send me the recipe too? Please? I mean, what good is a secret recipe if you cant send it to those you cant cook it for.

Wow... They look fantastic Phu! That Spiffs sure is a nice fellow.:-D

I love the guy but don't tell him!:becky:

Very nice, those look tasty. Is that a Dutch Crunch roll?

Don't know exactly but we call it tigerbread...because of the patterns as you can see.

sorry guys, missed this one

Here's the recipe:

Spiffs burgers
500 gr ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlicpowder
2 tsp paprika
1 tbs ketchup
1 tbs worchestershire sauce
1 small diced red onion

No eggs, and no breadcrumbs

Mix everything together, make patties

I putt them back in de fridge for an hour or so

I grill them for about 4 to 5 min per side

And the rest is up to your imagination, the sky is the limit

I use this recipe as a basic, if you want to spice it a bit up, add:
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chilli pepper

enjoy!
