Southern Q makes this one. It used to be around $800, but like everything, the price has skyrocketed recently. It’s pretty cool. I was contemplating ordering one to match my Limo Jr., but haven’t.

I think I do prefer the Assassin Grill. While not perfect, it’s still one of the best values out their for the space it gives you, and overall build. The Southern Q has some nice features though and like how the door opens up to expose the whole chamber.

Don’t forget Stone Mountain.

Another to consider is this:

I had one of their gas grills for 20 some years. It’s an all aluminum head like a PK, only larger. The two cooking grates can be put in either at a high or low placement, or one high and one low. I think they cost around 1k. Build is very heavy and should last a lifetime. My gas grill head only died as I had an accident in a move and it cracked where it bolted to the base. It still lasted for years after this but eventually deteriorated where it wouldn’t attach to the base.

Grease management, or lack there of, not great but it’s a helluva cooker.

Don’t know his price and I think it’s pick up only, but Chuds makes one too.

I have smokers so I’m wanting a grill with 2 level charcoal and/or 2 level cooking grates - can be close to coals or farther from coals. Even better if can be adjusted during the cook. Whole lid opening for better access to flipping burgers, steaks, chicken parts.

Smaller Meadowcreek pig/chicken roasters would work but still $1250+ plus options plus shipping

Big enuff to have a cooking side and a holding side on grate(s).or top grate is holding grate. Then I need to figure out this:

That BroilMaster Chester suggested does look Pretty Good - Wish is was a little bigger. 20x36 - 20x40 for small pig……..but then it’d be $1500+……….

Looks like you can get with it without the pedestal base ?

.

You can get their gas grills with just the grill head for built in, so it makes sense on the charcoal. I still have a stainless base that my older Broilmaster p3 attached to.
