Grilled Portabella Mushooms
Use a spoon to take out gills. Marinade in 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and a 1/2 cup- I use EVOO I marinade for an hour. Cook over med/high cap side down for about 6 min. Flip and put a nice Ali w of tomato in the cap - about 6 min. Add cheese and melt and eat with a burger
