Loving my new pellet/stick/gas hybrid

Got this KC Combo on clearance for $450 at Walmart. I modified the crap out of it, which is what i love about buying cheap smokers on clearance. Anyway, whats great about it is the ability to run the pellet side Hot to act as a offset firebox, and the gas side doubles as a cold smoker ( 100F colder when wide open ) I still have a few tweaks to work on, but so far its doing exactly what i wanted it to do.

Nice thin blue smoke, now time to wrap and transfer to the pellet side to finish.

Well, im almost out of the ONLY Oakridge Rub worth a damn, every other rub of theirs taste like Taco Seasoning to me.

Doing a reverse, reverse, sear. Its where you smoke low, then pull early, sear, then low and slow again.


Think of it like the Flip,Flip, Flippity, Flip Fad method. lol
