Two current Throwdowns are the Live Fire and Freezer Dive Challenge
By coincidence my Live Fire TD cook started with frozen chicken, so if I opt for a double I'll burn that bridge when I get to it.
Meanwhile the Live Fire cook started with some boneless thighs.
Seasonings are KC Touch of Cherry on the inside, and Montreal Steak on the outside. My BGE, lump charcoal, swords and pecan splits are my weapons of choice for this cook. 90% of the time was open-top grilling and I'm cooking about 12" above the coals.
Almost ready, these are ~180° internal
