Nice sunday everyone. I thought i could Share my sunday cook with the brethren.

I started to heat up the UDS in the morning and putted a nice piece of pork shoulder on it.
Rubbed it yesterday with a self Made chillie-mango-bourbon wet rub and let the UDS cruise at approx. 265.

First pic after about an hour:
second one when wrapping it

I get fat just looking on this site! The rub sounds good and the pork looks great!

I was in Kornwestheim in 67-68, I think that's down in your part of the country. I enjoyed the area and the best beer on planet earth!

@SmokeR yes Kornwestheim is maybe an hour from my place, nice to hear that you liked our area. Do you remember the name of the beer?

@jeffreywp1 it really isn't purple, just has a beautiful pink smokering.
 
Wow, smoke ring for days! That looks farkin delicious, my last butt I took to slicing temp as well..It was wonderful!
