keep looking, go to a bus or truck garage abnd get on that had antifreeze or oil, then you will not have to get that liner out.
 
Try a Jiffy Lube or similar place. Pay them the $20.00 deposit they put down on their oil drums and voila.......you've got an unlined drum (way easier to transform into a smoker). Give her a little TLC and you'll be in business.......
