I've seen recipes that call for buffalo sauce mixed with lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning but I wasn't going for lemony buffalo wings. I did add some hot sauce to get a little heat.

I used Kerry gold butter. If you've never used it, buy it. Makes a difference.

Lemon zest on top, also a must, take extra 10 seconds.
