I've had good results using the PBC to cook chicken, ribs and to a lesser extent, pulled pork.
Today I'm trying a leg of lamb. Here's a pic about an hour and 15 min in. And, since I had some room, I threw 4 chicken thighs on there. I'm curious if anyone out there has tips for lamb on a PBC.
