Leftover pulled pork sandwich

What do you eat when you have no time to Q a butt because the work?
A great sandwich with leftover PP from the freezer!

Reheaten in a pan with olive oil, onions, broth and beer, added some homemade bbq sauce:

I had that for lunch twice this week

none of that fancy stuff, just pork, a little sauce and a CWB

and a bag of chips.

cant beat it!!!

next week leftover brisket is on the lunch menu

yea, mine always turn into pp sammies or i use them in tortilla's. always a good treat/meal.
