When some one comes to your party with an $80 whole beef tenderloin for you to throw on the grill you had better know what you're doing. I do know what I'm doing. Big surprise of the weekend: the collard greens got inhaled in one sitting. Andrea made them because we like them and they go well with barbecue but we didn't really think the rest of the guests would go for them. Everyone went back for seconds. Another close friend asked me if I could do a couple of pork shoulders for her son's graduation party. I guess word is getting around that I can cook.
