My brothers son graduated high school. The party is this weekend and low and be hold the food truck they booked cancelled on them. I thought $2000 for ribs and brisket serving 200 people sounded very cheap but kept my mouth shut. I offered my services since they had to scramble to find something. I cooked up 130lbs of pork butts this last weekend for the up coming occasion this weekend. The Assassin easily handled this much and probably could've put another 70lbs on without much issue.

Nicely done, cooks of that size are a lot of work, I gained a new level of appreciation for people that do that and more day in and day out.
