Giving the new Laredo its first run with more traditional bbq today and doing ribs. Went ahead and fired it up to cook the flaps I trimmed off and put the ribs on around 1pm.

This cooker takes a bit longer to get to temp than my other Pit Bosses. But once up to temp it seems to work solid.
