Tonight, we revisited an old favorite from my 2014 trip to Thailand: Larb Moo!

Tonight's plate - served with rice, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes (to help cool the burn), and a gin & tonic. A solid sprinkle of Thai Ground Chile over the top of my larb, please and thank you!

Looks great! I’ve never had it.

It's ridiculously simple and delicious... CINCHOUSE demands it at least once a month since early '14.

The only possible hitch is to get good roasted rice powder and do yourself a favor... get some GOOD fish sauce like Red Boat (a Brethren-made product).
