This thing does a whole lot more than pizza.
I cranked it up wide open and let it warm up to ~900F.
Seasoned the Lamb Chops with Naturiffic Gingery Orange and let them sit while the Blackstone was heating up.
I have a cast iron skillet that the handle broke off of some time ago. It has become the perfect vessel to cook meat in the Blackstone.
