cranked these out on the 2nd cook on the big cooker. turned out nice.. seeing how it was last minute decision to cook i went with tyson ribs( enhanced ) only thing wally world had. so i washed em off a few times tryin to get rid of the saltiness, but after rubbin down with blues hog and finishin em off with Spice's Sweet Heat, they turned out ok, pretty much what i expected (ham on a stick) my parents and the family all agreed with me that swift ribs from sams were WAY better. also roasted some corn and jalapenos.
smoked some chicken thighs tonight and made some fresh green bean casserole. didnt take any pics though.. they were tasty too.
