OK, I have been learning from all of you masters and here is a little from my latest. Built a basket for my offset - pics later as I am still cooking.:becky: Here are pics of my snacks and my butt and drums for tomorrow.

Looking good! How about some details on rubs??

Thanks - think I am getting the hang of this.

The rub is something I put together-I used the sweet mesquite seasoning from Costco as a base and built on that. Added garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, tumeric (sp?), dark chili powder, sugar and salt. Can't tell you measurements - just added till it tasted good.

So here is some of the spread - especially the good shots. Got some legs, two kinds, smoked and smoked then deep fried. And a few shots of the pulled pork. Good stuff - got to get going on the UDS so I can do this more often.
