Been itchin’ to give this a try after doing a bit of research and forming a plan in the back of my tiny little brain.

First, our favorite Pizza dough. There’s a small local Italian Chain in Pismo/SLO that also sell’s their dough balls at their little Deli across the street from the main Restaurant in Pismo. Guiseppe’s.

Went to the local Trader Joe’s and picked up a container of their Pizza Sauce along with their Whole Milk Low Moisture Mozz. Added my favorite Pizza seasoning.

Threw it onto the Blackstone PO and let er rip.

Not gonna lie. This was pretty Pharking Amazing. Wife said best I’ve made so far, and I won’t argue.

I have been getting into making pizzas and calzones after seeing all the great looking pizza cooks from the Brethren.

I have to redeem myself after my last one, which was disastrous.

You have inspired me to try again soon!
