How I love that caja China. I may have to do another pig soon just to do it again. it's fun and good eats!

How big was your pig? Did you inject?
 
I purchased one of these at Christmas time. I used for the first time on the 4th july. Cooked the moistest 55lb pig ever in just 3 hours 40 minutes. Lots of meat, ribs were useless on such a small pig, but overall pretty good. I thought about a smoke generator but haven't talked with anyone who has actually used one.
 
Nice pics. Wondering about something though. The website says that #2 can cook up to 100# pig, but your 65# looks to be pushing the limit. You think you could get 100# in that thing? Do you know what the thichness of the walls are? In other words, what's the interior dimensions?
