Yes, the pellets and tube make it pretty easy. I have given out smoked cheese the past few Christmases and they are a hit as well as expected now.
 
Yes, cold smoking and curing are another world. I was a member of a cold smoking and curing group until the gentleman got cancer and passed. :sad: A wealth of knowledge was lost and the page has been paused. I had a lot of learning left to do there.
