The wife pulled out some Korean magic and made up a great marinade for the chicken thighs. Grilled them up in three batches, let rest, then chopped them up and into the crockpot.

Making her magic and entertaining our oldest:

Twenty pounds of BS thighs she soaked in milk, rice wine, and instant coffee:

The magic mix. Not sure what all is in it. But I know the following:

Garlic, scallions, onions, Korean pepper powder, Gochugang, soy sauce, fairy dust...
