I believe it will be starting at about 7-8 If I remember correctly from last year. Wayne would know better, so I am the first person to give a ballpark figure.

Eric got it. I think the dinner is at 7:00 and the raffle is right afterwards. You can come earlier if you want and have a few before dinner drinks.
